Slack Grip - Split Mesh, Rod Closing Pulling Grips are made of high strength galvanized steel in a single weave construction with a single eye. The split rod closing style grip is used when the cable end is not accessible. All grips feature a single offset eye for easy attachment to a pulling line. They are used to pull in slack for final placement of underground cable after it has been pulled in. They are also used for removing cable.
