This guillotine-type cutter will make a straight, clean cut every time. These cutters can be used for cutting a wide range of electrical conductors. The head opens easily for inserting cable at any location along the line. Designed to cut copper, aluminum, ACSR, guy wire, soft steel bolts, rebar, ground and anchor rod.

Two-stage pumping piston for rapid advance, and twist handle release. Magnetic oil reservoir plug traps metal contaminants. The blades are manufactured from high strength special steel, heat treated to ensure a long service life.

The head can rotate by 360 degrees, enabling the operator to work in the most comfortable position, and can easily be opened to allow the cutting of running cables. REL-2000MC features an automatic safety valve to bypass oil when reaching maximum pressure; a pressure release device can also be operated at any stage of operation.
